By using GemGrader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. GemGrader is developed by Komohouse.

GemGrader uses artificial intelligence and computer vision to estimate the condition grade of Pokémon trading cards. The app analyses photos of your cards and provides an estimated PSA-style grade on a 1–10 scale, along with sub-grades for centering, corners, edges and surface.

GemGrader provides estimated grades based on AI analysis of phone camera images. These estimates are not official grades and should not be treated as such. PSA, BGS, CGC and other professional grading companies may assign different grades to the same card. PSA's own human graders disagree with each other 10–15% of the time on resubmission.

GemGrader targets approximately 70% exact match with PSA grades and approximately 90% accuracy within plus or minus one grade. You should not rely solely on GemGrader's estimates when making purchasing, selling, or grading submission decisions.

Card pricing data is sourced from third-party services including TCGGO (pokemon-api.com) and TCGdex. Prices are indicative and may not reflect current market conditions. “Worth grading” calculations are estimates based on available data and should not be treated as financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on pricing information shown in the app.

GemGrader offers a free tier with limited grades per month and optional paid subscriptions (Grade Pass) for unlimited access. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.

GemGrader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), CGC (Certified Guaranty Company), or any trading card grading company. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Card images displayed in the app are sourced from publicly available card databases (TCGdex) and are used for identification purposes only.

GemGrader is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to inaccurate grade estimates, incorrect pricing data, or decisions made based on information provided by the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GemGrader at our discretion, including for misuse or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
