By using GemGrader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. GemGrader is developed by Komohouse.

GemGrader uses artificial intelligence and computer vision to estimate the condition grade of Pokémon trading cards. The app analyses photos of your cards and provides an estimated PSA-style grade on a 1–10 scale, along with sub-grades for centering, corners, edges and surface.

GemGrader provides estimated grades based on AI analysis of phone camera images. These estimates are not official grades and should not be treated as such. PSA, BGS, CGC and other professional grading companies may assign different grades to the same card. PSA's own human graders disagree with each other 10–15% of the time on resubmission.

You should not rely solely on GemGrader's estimates when making purchasing, selling, or grading submission decisions.

GemGrader uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

GemGrader offers a free tier with limited scans per month. You can unlock additional scans through the following paid options:

Grade Pass:A subscription providing unlimited scans, billed monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.

Token packs: One-time purchases of scan tokens. Each token allows one scan. Tokens never expire and are non-refundable once purchased.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

You can earn free scan tokens through certain actions within the app, such as sharing a grading report, referring a friend, or logging an actual PSA grade. Earned tokens are subject to the same terms as purchased tokens. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue token earning mechanisms at any time.

GemGrader offers a referral programme where you can earn tokens by inviting others to the app. Referral rewards are credited when the referred user creates an account. We reserve the right to revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity, including self-referrals or automated signups.

Card pricing data is sourced from third-party services including our own card database, TCGGO (pokemon-api.com), TCGdex, and eBay. Prices are indicative and may not reflect current market conditions. “Worth grading” calculations are estimates based on available data and should not be treated as financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on pricing information shown in the app.

GemGrader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), CGC (Certified Guaranty Company), or any trading card grading company. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Card images displayed in the app are sourced from publicly available card databases and are used for identification purposes only.

You agree not to use GemGrader to misrepresent the condition of cards in sales or transactions, to abuse token earning mechanisms, to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app's grading systems, or to use automated tools to access the service.

GemGrader is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to inaccurate grade estimates, incorrect pricing data, or decisions made based on information provided by the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for misuse, abuse of token earning systems, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of GemGrader after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
